Product Description

HPK type pump is a single stage single suction horizontal hot water centrifugal pump, its structure is horizontal suspension, radial part, back door, center support, suitable for conveying high temperature clean media. The product conforms to GB/T3215 "General Technical Conditions for centrifugal Pumps for Refinery, chemical and petrochemical processes".
Using CFD to calculate fluid dynamics, the relationship between pressure distribution and velocity distribution in the pump is analyzed and calculated, and the flow channel design of the pump is optimized to ensure that the pump has an efficient hydraulic profile and improve the efficiency of the pump.
The central support mode of the pump body is adopted to prevent the stress concentration caused by the inconsistent thermal expansion of the pump group at high temperature and the change of the coupling to the center when the pump is transporting high temperature media. The pump bracket, the pump cover, the suspension body (bearing part) and the seal gland have cooling cavities, which can be cooled by cooling water or wind at different temperatures.
