RO series heavy oil conveying type roto-jet pumps
R series roto-jet pump is my company developed a new type of high-pressure chemical pumps.The Roto-jet pumps are single stage pumps of Low Specific Speed. They are suitable for low flow high head fluids transport applications. The Roto-Jet pumps are especially designed for high pressure duties. The total head developed by this type of pumps is the sum of both the static pressure head created by the centrifugal force and the velocity head created by impart effect. They are the most simply construction in the world but also compact and reliability. The Roto-Jet pumps are obviously superior to the other types of high pressure pumps in reliable operation,stability and work life.
Working Principle
The patented Roto-jet pump has only two basic working parts…arotating case with a stationary pick-up tube mounted within it. Fluid is directed through thepump inlet into the rotor chamber and as the rotor assembly rotated the fluid is directed toward the inner periphery of the rotor chamber as a result of centrifugal forces.The fluid is intercepted by the stationary pitot tube and then moves through the inlet of the pitot tube,some of the velocity head of the fluid in the pitot is changed to smooth pulsation-free high pressure through a diffuser,then the fluid toward the outlet of the pump for discharge.

R series roto-jet pump is mainly used for pumping clean liquids or liquids containing solid particles. Roto-Jet pumps are widely used in petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, metallurgy, mining, carbon black, paper and other industries, is the high-speed centrifugal pumps, high pressure multistage centrifugal pumps and partial displacement pump ideal alternative. Roto-jet pump has become the automotive industry drilling flushing system infusion pumps, carbon black production line feed pump device of choice, and has become the field of chemical waste treatment plant deep, high-pressure food processing CIP cleaning system, cleaning system and paper manufacturing plant industry standard high-pressure cleaning equipment.

Has the advantage that the total head curve scope of work, at any point are all have stable hydraulic pressure output without pulsation.
Anti-cavitation performance is good, can take a certain amount of gas to run, to avoid the liquid to cause the damage of the pump
Flow characteristic curve smoothing,and output liquid pressure without pulsation, very suitable for the requirements of a more balanced fluid production jobs.
The pump does not generate an axial force, the axial force mainly from the inlet pressure.
All seals are made of good reliability of imported products, mechanical seals for the balanced single mechanical seal.
Performance of the adjustment can be through changing the rotating speed of pump and/or replacement of different size of the receiving tube.
All the parts inside the pump chamber are easy installation and removal, including mechanical seals included, can be easily maintained.
Efficiency compared with the high pressure multistage centrifugal pump, high-speed centrifugal pump, plunger pump high pressure pump is higher.
Combines multistage centrifugal and positive displacement pumps advantages, while avoiding the two pumps in the structure of the shortcomings.
