Product Description

HSP series chemical pump is a single stage, radial split, cantilever type mixed flow pump. Horizontal foot installation, suitable for conveying large flow, low head, clean or polluting media, with high efficiency, low energy consumption. It is suitable for various acids, alkalis, salts and corrosive liquids at low and medium temperatures, and can also be used for media containing solid particles.
The pump body is supported by the foot, and adopts the "front pull out" structure design, when checking and disassembling the impeller and shaft seal, it is not necessary to disassemble the pipeline connected with the pump body, and it is convenient to maintain.
The legs of the pump body can withstand any load from the pipeline and pass it directly to the foundation. In this way, the rotor will not bend due to the load placed on the pump, thus ensuring the service life of the shaft seal and shaft bearing.
The pump unit can be equipped with a complete exhaust device, which is conducive to the suction line exhaust.
The sealing shaft can be double-end mechanical seal, external cooling water, improve the working conditions of the shaft seal, and the machine seal life is long.
