QXP Tangential flow pump is a single-stage single-suction shunt pump developed with patented technology (patent No. 02257686.X). The pump is designed for low flow rate, high head, especially for the condition that the solid medium is easy to wear.
Due to the use of tangential flow pump design technology, from zero flow to the design flow changes, the pump head is a constant value, this feature is especially suitable for the use of nozzle matching occasions, but also to adapt to other occasions that require the pump to have self-regulating characteristics.
At the same time, the pump is not sensitive to the clearance between the impeller and the front and rear pump cover. When the clearance increases due to abrasion and corrosion, the performance of the pump basically does not change.
Due to its special design, when the flow deviates from the design point, there is no unbalanced radial force on the impeller and pump shaft, which ensures the stable operation of the pump and long bearing life. The impeller adopts the fully open structure, and adopts the appropriate mechanical seal and other seals, no leakage in operation.
