Product Description

HD3F series pumps are designed according to API610 "Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy chemical and Natural gas Industries". The pump body is volute type spiral structure, the center line support, the impeller adopts symmetrical arrangement, the axial force is automatically balanced, there is no complex balance plate, balance drum and other balance mechanism; The inlet and outlet are arranged under the housing and can be removed and installed without moving the inlet and outlet lines. The first stage impeller can be designed into single suction or double suction two structures.
The sealing system is designed in full accordance with API682 "Centrifugal pump and rotary pump shaft seal System", which can be configured with various forms of sealing and flushing and cooling schemes. It can also be specially designed according to the requirements of users.
Bearing according to the shaft power and speed size can be self-lubricating plain bearing structure and forced lubrication bearing mechanism.
